The Fourth of July golf cart parade will be held this year on July 4th. Parade line-up in the same place as usual - beginning in the little parking lot between Scarpa's Coastal and Englewood Bank. It will wrap down Park Avenue from there. Parade begins at 9 a.m. sharp.
