July 4th Golf Cart Parade
All are welcome to participate. Decorate your golf cart and join in on the tradition. Or come down and see all the fantastic decorations. Golf Carts start lining up at 8:30 am in Scarpa Coastal’s Parking lot. The parade begins at 9:00 am Jt and Kathleen Turner host it.
