DESCRIPTION:All are welcome to participate. Decorate your golf cart and join in on the tradition. Or come down and see all the fantastic decorations. Golf Carts start lining up at 8:30 am in Scarpa Coastal’s Parking lot. The parade begins at 9:00 am  Jt and Kathleen Turner host it.
